It is a super good time of year to live in Westover Hills. The huge South of the James farmers' market opened in the beginning of May, with thousands of people attending each Saturday morning. The James River's banks are filled, making it a prime location for people watching. And one of our favorites, Music in the (Forest Hill) Park started at the end of May, with No BS Brass Band kicking off the season. We met some friends there, saw some more, and loved snacking and watching the sea of dancing children. Hooray for Richmond in the Summer!
