Emmett Makes Art

A few weeks ago, the following art work was in Emmett's cubby at day care. He was learning about the number 4 and the Goat. Interestingly, when presented with all colors, Emmett chose to paint the already white goats white. Emmett is a modernist like his Daddy.

Again like his Daddy, Emmett rejects Mickey Mouse. We learned in grad school that no reaction is a valid reaction, and therefore the absence of reaction hangs on our ever-beeping fridge.

In a move that made Daddy's 911-obsessed blood run cold, Emmett used only a red crayon to decorate the Pentagon in his darkest piece to date.
