36 Weeks, and one more Awesome Baby Shower

Earlier today, Andrew and I went to the doctor for our 36 (and a half) week ultrasound and check-up. It was pretty amazing to see the poor baby all squished up in the belly, not much room to move around at all! The ultrasound technician estimated the baby at 7lbs 3oz already, which is a little bigger than average - but healthy and looking good to go for the weeks to come!

This past weekend, some wonderful friends from my book club had a shower for me and we had such a wonderful time! Thank you Mary Kyle for hosting at your beautiful home, and everyone for all of the planning and lovely gifts.

Although she was out with the boys for most of the afternoon, beautiful baby Kate (almost 7 months old) came back to say hi to everyone - such a happy, expressive and alert baby!
