1 Month to Go!
How time flies, huh? (Yeah, right!) Just one month from today until our due date and although Teresa is getting bigger (and crazier), we have enough left on our to-do list that we won't get bored sitting and waiting. Tonight we're taking a labor & delivery class - nothing like waiting until the last minute!
We just enjoyed a lovely weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Engle who came to visit from New York. Lots of great food and laughs - thanks for making the trip down to see us!

A baby shower, and some surprise guests!
This past Saturday, our great friend Dawn hosted a "VCUarts Baby Shower" at her lovely home in the Fan, and we enjoyed wonderful company, delicious food, and LOTS of laughter! We were thrilled that friends who we see at work throughout the week came to celebrate with us over the weekend. We loved every minute it!

On Saturday night, Andrew's sister Anna and Jane arrived from Amsterdam NY on a last-minute trip to the South. They were lucky to hit some great weather for golfing, and it was great to have some time to relax and catch up!

33 Weeks
Well, the single-digit weeks are flying by and we've been having fun working on getting the baby's room and house ready! The crib, dresser and glider arrived on Friday and they're beautiful - we will post some pictures when the room is closer to final. Meanwhile, here's a belly pic and a few of the boys too!

Busy Busy
This has been such an eventful week - time seems to be flying! Last weekend Mom & Dad Engle came to visit and helped us begin painting the baby room, installing a new ceiling fan and repairing a few cracks along the way. We are trying to arrange delivery for the baby furniture and will post pictures when it is all done.
We took a short break from work to go out to dinner and celebrate Andrew's 28th birthday! They departed on Sunday afternoon, shortly before a snowstorm covered Richmond with 6-8 inches of snow, the most that we can remember within the last 5 years of living here. The heavy snow brought down a bunch of tree brances in our neighborhood, leaving us without power for a couple of days. (Fortunately we were able to stay with our awesome friend Dawn in her clean, warm, already-painted house.) It was exciting to see our house covered in snow for the first time!
We had another special treat this week: Aunt Barb and Lynn from Albany visited us in Richmond as they began their whirlwind trip, visiting family all over the eastern United States. We loved seeing these wonderful and supportive women, and wish them safe travels!
This week also marks 32 weeks - only 8 more left until the due date. The belly seems to be getting bigger by the minute!
